Preliminary/regular/
integrated risk
management

DAEBO Engineering & Construction is operating a system of minimizing economic risks arising from order placement and project promotion. Before winning a project, feasibility of a project is assessed by our project deliberation system and, even after completion of a project, relevant risks are managed constantly through re-deliberation and executive information systems.

Project deliberation
system

Two-step multi-level project deliberation system

Our project deliberation system is made up of two steps: A 'risk review meeting' composed of Sales, Construction, Estimation, Technology, Planning, Accounting, Financing, and Legal Team leaders, and 'project deliberation committee' composed of executives and managers, designed to assess a project according to the Company’s feasibility, construct ability, and safety assessment criteria.
Such deliberation is participated in by relevant teams or the site manager as an advisory group to perform effective multi-level assessment.

DAEBO Engineering & Construction has established the executive information system designed to check a variety of risks online, including finance, collection, status of a guarantee, account receivables by construction site and amount of outstanding bond, and bond maturity.

roadmap

Since 2012 we have systematically managed online the entire process of project planning, construction, completion, and maintenance by combining the existing cost management system with PMIS (Project Management Information System). And beginning from 2014, we have improved our knowledge-based ERP system through sophistication in order to strengthen the internal standards and enhance work efficiency by actively sharing accumulated knowledge.
